Parent Mediation Program (PMP)
Children whose parents do not live together generally fare best when they have ongoing involvement with both parents. Establishing a workable parenting time schedule is an area where parents often experience conflict. Children adjust more easily to change (in routines) if their parents work together to develop healthy ways of communicating, resolving problems, and reducing conflict. This program has been created to help parents resolve disputes on these issues. Be sure to ask if you qualify for free mediation services through a special grant in cooperation with Massachusetts Office of Public Collaboration (MOPC)and the Massachusetts DOR.
