Mission Statement

Under Massachusetts law, information from mediations will not be made public and cannot be used in court.

As a non profit corporation located on the North Shore of Massachusetts, NSCM and its volunteer members are committed to promoting the understanding and use of alternative means of dispute resolution, and to providing mediation, training, and related services to organizations, courts, schools, businesses, governments, families, and individuals.
