Si has worked in the insurance field for more than 20 years, most recently as a Senior Financial Representative. Si has also been active in civic affairs in his community including membership on the Board of Selectmen, Zoning Board of Appeals, Personnel Committee and Finance Committee.

Bruce Lefenfeld, Beverly
With training and experience as an accountant, Bruce brings financial expertise to the Board. Bruce has been active in Beverly youth sports and has served on the Board of Haven for Hunger.

William Scofield, Hamilton
William is a partner in the law firm Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in their Boston office. He has been a practicing attorney for more than 30 years, specializing in intellectual property litigation and counseling, and has been a volunteer mediator with North Shore Community Mediation since 2008.
Jennifer Decker, Lynnfield
As a Senior Level Business Strategist, Jen has extensive experience in the insurance business in the areas of Marketing and Communication, Human Resources, Financial Analysis and Strategic Analysis and Development. Jen has currently focused her energy in Mediation including Divorce Mediation and Elder Mediation. She trains for Elder Decisions, Norwood MA and contributes to both basic mediation training and peer mediation training for North Shore Community Mediation Center.
James Latham, Beverly Farms
Jim is an attorney from Beverly Farms, with 26 years of experience dealing with a wide range of domestic and international legal matters for ITT Sheraton Corporation and Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Jim has used his considerable legal and financial expertise to volunteer with LifeTimeChoice, Inc. and New Horizons Project
Scott Marks, Peabody
A practicing attorney for 30 years, Scott’s current practice in Salem concentrates in family law and alternative dispute resolution. Scott is a member of state and local bar associations and volunteers as a conciliator at both the Salem District and Essex County Probate and Family Courts. A member of the NSCMC mediator panel since 2005, Scott is an active mentor for the Family and Divorce Mediation Program.
Eve Noss, Beverly
Eve, finishing her doctorate dissertation in the field of peer mediation, teaches social work at Salem State University and is a trainer for NSCMC. Eve is active in her community serving as a member in the League of Women Voters and other civic organization.
Norman J. Sherman, Marblehead
An attorney from Marblehead, Norm is also a trained mediator specializing in family mediation. With a background in science and education and experience in public relations and media, Norm is an active faculty member with the Massachusetts Continuing Education Legal Education Family Mediation Program and a trainer for the NSCMC Peer Mediation and Basic Mediation Trainings. Norm was instrumental in developing and implementing a divorce mediation program at the Essex County Probate and Family Court in Salem and is a member of the Massachusetts and Essex County Bar Associations. A member of NSCMC since 1999, Norm has previously served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer from1999-2002.
